PROJECTS
KHCC delivers projects across architectural design and design management
While each commission is unique, they share a common thread: structured delivery, clear scope, and client trust. Below is a selection of recent and ongoing appointments across both service lines.
Design Management Projects
Selected Design Management Appointments

Provided early-stage leadership in developing the enabling strategy, with a focus on interface management between architectural, structural, and MEP packages. The project is currently progressing through pre-construction phases, with delivery targeted for mid to late 2026.
